The new Trust Waikato building at 4 Little London Lane is now open. It features offices on the top floor, purpose-built meeting rooms and flexible spaces on the ground floor.
The overall impact on our community will be enhanced coordination, more connected people and a more positive community impact. The ground floor includes meeting rooms which community groups can book for free.
An holistic approach has been taken in the design of the new two story building which acknowledges and integrates cultural, historical and contemporary architecture. Trust Waikato has thoughtfully considered the heritage aspects of the site in terms of Trust House and the surrounding gardens.
Design company Chow Hill Architects Ltd has fully integrated the design and flow of the new building with the gardens and Trust House, which are now more open and inviting to the public.
The building faces South East across the Trust Waikato grounds and overlooks areas of important cultural significance.
