Trust Waikato is seeking a Strategic Advisor to support the implementation of our refreshed strategy and help drive strategic initiatives, organisational planning, performance reporting, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of Trust Waikato’s Strategy and associated strategic initiatives.
• Coordinating organisational planning, performance monitoring and progress reporting against strategic priorities and annual objectives.
• Undertaking research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, future planning and organisational improvement.
• Preparing reports, briefings, presentations and governance papers for management and trustees.
• Supporting strategic projects from planning through to implementation, including monitoring milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, organisational learning and impact evaluation activities.
